Shareholders have struck out with two of their lawsuits over the decline of MGM Resorts International?s stock price between 2007 and 2009. Six suits were filed in the fall of 2009, and four remain active in federal court.

State gaming win for casinos tumbles 10.8 percent in March
Gambling winnings for casinos on the Las Vegas Strip nosed dived 14.9 percent in March, ending five consecutive months of increases. It was the largest percentage drop since a 15.7 percent decline in April 2009.
